Beautiful hotel with its own Japanese garden, the room was very big with a comfortable bed and view of the gardens. It is an 8-10m walk away from Shinagawa so easy to get to, but for those with big luggage it is a short walk uphill so something to be mindful of. Great property. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and had a great view. The hotel has an amazing garden, beautiful at night and during the day. I also liked that the hotel offers different dinning options.

Honestly the perfect place to stay. Clean, spacious rooms, everything you need nearby, 2 7-Elevens within walking distance, Shinagawa station 5 minute walk, convenient and inexpensive airport limousine bus from Narita Airport. AMAZING STAY!

This was our first time visiting Japan and it was amazing, the hotel was so organized and clean, the workers have great customer service. Their garden is so beautiful and we were lucky enough to go when cherry blossom trees are in full bloom. You won't be disappointed.
