Great hotel if you are visiting the parks, just a short walk away and you get a good view of the park from the rooms. Breakfast buffet was extensive, we loved the French toast! Room was clean and spacious, room service was good quality and reasonably priced. Would recommend and return!

Staff were extremely helpful despite the language barrier. Fantastic position walking distance to everything. Loved our stay can’t recommend enough!

The hotel was so well kept and modern. Everyone was kind and had no problem explaining any questions I had. The location was very convenient and the walk to universal was less than 5 minutes. Checking in/out was so easy. A great hotel for universal.

An excellent choice for a stay when visiting Universal Studio Japan. A few minutes walk to the park gate. Room was prefect for family of 4, check in and welcome was first class. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Such a close place to Universal Studios and the train station to get anywhere else. Great room size, breakfast was good as well.
