"I always stay in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel when in Tokyo. A few weeks before, it was at the N tower, and previous times were at the main tower. This is my first time in the Annex which was a lovely room. It was smaller than in the main tower but the Annex was less busy. The lobby was also cosy with lots of books. I will book this again when I am back in Tokyo in Dec! "

The convenience of having the train station right next to the hotel was awesome. Everything about this hotel from location, cleanliness, staff, amenities, etc was exactly why I chose this hotel."

"This hotel is next to a major shipping with multiple food courts and a grocery store at the basement levelnof the mall. Also, has easy and excellent access to the gteater Tokyo subway system. The only down side tobthis hotel is the poor English fluency of the hotel staff. "

"Very nice hotel with comfortable beds. Pillows were a bit odd, with half normal pillow and half weighted. Good size room and easy check in/out process. Very easy access from the airport. "
